  1. you have pictures of several DIFFERENT Plants.

The first 2 links are pictures of

    Common Name: Wandering Jew

Scientific Name: Tradescantia pendula or Tradescantia zebrina

    not sure about the 3rd

The 4th link tells you what the plant is by scientific name. Mukdenia (Aceriphyllum) rossii 'Karasuba'

The 5th link has the name of the plant as the file name. It's a Crimson pygmy barberry bush.

Same for the 6th link, the photo name is the plant name: Compact Euonymus  in fall colors.

Same for the 7th link. It's  Kalmia.

Can't tell from the 8th link. It's just a picture of leaves. I can't tell if it's from a bush or tree or vine.

The last link also tells you what that plant is. Alternanthera 'Purple Threadleaf'

None of these are herbs. Most are ornamental shrubs. And most won't like being grown in a sub-tropical Philippines. It'd be too hot for the barberry and euonymus and probably the Alternanthera.

You have most of their scientific names. Just google search the scientific names and add "care" to find out how to grow them properly. As to where to get them, you'll have to find sources in the Philippines to get them. Shipping plants internationally can be a huge pain and so, many growers do not ship to international customers.
