I have a $25 american express prepaid card and I wanted to know when i use up the $25 can I refill it to a maximum of $25..yes or no and explain why

Wouldn't you just spend $25 for $25 ? sorry I'm a little confuzzled..., I think that you should be able to do it.  Good luck!
