and like you want to outline the edges;

with like black and white tiny stripes so it looks all cool and all.

how do you do that do you have to use the polygon tool and trace around just perfect right where you want just that tiny outline.?

and is there like a specific picture im supposed to use that like is the stripes (if you have to do any stroke and filling?)

  1. If you just want the border black and white stripes around the picture, then that's easy on Photofiltre and you don't have to do all of that complicated stuff.

    Open your picture, first of all. Once open on Photofiltre, go to the "Filter" category on your top tool bar. Go down until you see frame and click "simple frame".

    On simple frame, change the width to two and the color to black (or white, whatever color you want on the outside) and move the opacity bar until it's at 100%. Making it any less will make your border transparent.

    Go to simple frame again, change the width to one and the color to white (if you're using black the first time around) and the opacity bar sould be at 100%. Set that frame, and there you go.

    If you want it layered like white > black > white or black > white > black, you'll need to make the width of your first and original frame three instead of two.

    Hope this helped. (:
