ok I was swimming and I pushed really hard off the wall and felt a pop in the back of my leg where my tibia is. It is really stiff tight and I cant stretch it. I'm icing it and don't have time 2 go to the doctor what is this 10 points to best answer

  4. Oh. I pulled a tendon back there once. Stretch it as much as you can, continue putting ice on it, use A535 on it. But you have to continue stretching it. Don't keep it still for a very long time. If you pulled your tendon as much as I did mine, you will notice that your tendon will act up and get sore for a while after if you use it to hard. Good luck. Just elivate it, excercise it a little, but don't put heat on it for awhile. Hope this helps!
