Have you thought about sales??  It is the best way to have flexibility, and earning potential is very high.  Most companies looking for good sales candidates would hire with your BMS.  Try media sales (radio, TV, Newspaper), because you are working with all kinds of businesses on their marketing/advertising goals, and you learn a lot about the inner workings of a wide variety of businesses.  A few years in media sales can be a great way to have fun, make good money, and decide what business you want to be a part of in the future.  It is also a fabulous business for building a vast network of contacts in nearly every industry, including non-profits.  Good luck!
