PLS HELP !! How to write this ??

An economist at Carnegie Mellon University recently said, "I think it's possible to way overestimate the importance of happiness. Part of the meaning of life is to have highs & lows. Alife that was constantly happy was'nt a good life". Do you all agree with him ?

THIS IS THE QUESTION, HOW TO START WRITING THIS ESSAY ?

do i have to start by giving definition of what is happiness. What should i write in the body part and what should i write as the conclusion. ?

Pls give an answer as long as u can, i will provide BA. No doubt about it.

  1. well in ur intro start of by suggesting which way ur argument is going are u gona agree or disagree.

    happiness is a matter of opinion do we all have to have to have highs and lows to be happy?.  It is evident from the carnegi mellon uni that we do, if we dont have sad moments in our life then we wasted it.  personally i believe a happier the life the better or a sad life is theway to go choose somfin like that for intro but word it better.  basically state where u gona go wif in ur argument

    body u can define happiness and just expand u can b like why do we need sad moments in life.  sad times are wasted times being happy is all we need the happier the better

    sad moments in life are unavoidable we are all gona experience them at point or another its how we handle these moments in life that shape us for the rest our days.  when we think back on those sad moments we realise how much happiness we get from them thus we need sadness to be happy

    it is clearly evident that a happy life is the way to go.  the happier the life the better as there is no need for sadness in our life

    or like sadness charectorises each of us witought sadness then a life is not worth living

  2. Begin by writing a pool of general ideas on the matter. Expand the pool by ideas specific to people whom have written opinions on Happiness and its importance.  Expand the pool further to include your ideas on the matter as well as you opinion and critiques of those whom have written on the subject.  

    Next make an outline of the idea pool. That will help you to organized the the information in the pool of ideas.

    Write a rough draft. Put it away until the next day. Critique the draft on the next day. Add improvements and/or delete the unnecessary. After this you may either:

    1.Rewrite draft and put it away until the next day.

    2. Write final draft.

    The outline will help you to establish the title, introduction, body & summary and conclusion of the essay.

    why is "the pursuit of Happiness" included within the  Declaration

    of Independence? How is it connected to Life & Liberty? Why is it considered among "certain unalienable Rights"? If its importance is  overestimated, why does the document insist upon: " whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness." .

    Excerpt From Declaration of Independence:

    You don't have to promise BA. Anyone smarter than a door k**b goes back every 2 - 3 days and votes for himself, after the stupids have forgotten where they posted or why.


  4. I think that, yes, the importance of happiness is overrated... if you will? If you are constantly all sunshines and rainbows, life is going to seem repetitive. Most people wont admit it, but the majority of people almost crave drama, or something downer on them. I've noticed that when people have everything they want and need, after a while they get bored with it. So even though it seems like one should be content with their lives having everything they want... they usually aren't. If you always get what you want, you don't appreciate it nearly as much, so it doesn't make you all that happy. However, if you also have downs, the good points in life seem to look a lot brighter, and make you happier because its not something that you are used to. No matter what... everyone gets bored after a while; no one likes repetitive things.
