PLZ HELP! If i eat fish and drink water all the time would i have smooth skin?

Ive seen the Japanese skin and korean and its so smooth but i realized its because they eat alot of fish and rice so if i eat fish and rice and drank water alot and vegetables do you think i would have much clearer skin ?? but i would miss eating whatever i like :( so after my skin gets clear i could start eating what i want but still make sure to have fish and stuff PLZ HELP!!! also how long would it take to see results ??? !!

  1. I'm sure you would also have to pee really bad, and be slightly malnourished... ^^ haha... Try balancing what you eat, cutting out the junk food, eating a lot of vegetables and fruits, exercising, washing yourself regularly (duh =D), and not using a lot of makeup, if any at all...and not worrying...yes, you can get bad skin from stress... Oh, and multi-vitamins, and try using this oil made from vitamin E, you can get it at any natural food co-op, it removes scars, and blemishes naturally, and if you use it as lotion instead of animal fat, and other not-to-good-for-you ingredients, it would help some too.


  2. I have also heard that they have smooth and clear skin because they drink green tea. Eating veggies is a good choice. I would recommend having green smoothies early in the morning before you eat anything as well. cutting out fast foods will benefit you, maybe try consuming them once or twice a month. Also you can see a nauropath to help you. I have see a nauropath and she recommended to have vitamins in order to have a clear complexion. I drink green smothies every morning and add a tablespoon of ground flaxseed. I take b vitamins,zinc, calcium/d vitamin/magnesium.Try to lower your stress by taking warm baths with epson salt, stop thinking about your complexion, which is so difficult to do, I am still working on that. laugh more!!!!!! It may take 1 -3 months to see results, it depends on the individual.... but do see a nauropath before taking vitamins or other things.....best of luck to you hon,  

  3. Don't radically change your diet.  Yes, fish is good for your skin.  It's also good for your brain.  Add in more fish (fresh, not canned tuna).  Take out soda and replace it with water.  Eat lots of veggies.  You can still eat chicken, burgers, whatever else you like.

    I eat fish at least twice a week and drink water all day long.  I have clear skin.

  4. Well, you cant just eat fish and drink water for a perfect complexion. To get nice skin you have to eat and drink well, exercise, wash and moisturize your face, and then leave the rest to your hormones.
