PLZ HELP ME AGGGGGGHHH!!! Building a web site with Host address?

Question

I have built web sites before on Angelfire.com so I know basic HTML. They have given me a host address - a username and password. BUT, where do I create the website - with what program?

Can I use angelfire, create the website and somehow upload it to their site? How do I do this? Please help???

And No I cannot ask them, that's why I'm asking here

You will need to use an ftp program to access your site.  You will need to create your website on your local computer and upload the files to your hosting site.  I use http://www.coreftp.com/

Check with your host many provide web site software that you can install on your site.  Check to see if they have something first it will make your job much easier.
