PLZ HELP!!! MY tree?

Question

I have a dragon tree,that has grown 8 feet tall and really really needs prunning, can anyone tell me how to do this successfully, so i can make another plant out of it.

eg where should i cut?

Cut it back as far as you want, dip the cutting in Rootone and place in moist soil.  New leaves = new roots.  The mother plant will produce axilary buds/leaves.

I've never tried rooting dracena in water....good luck
