PLZ HELP!!!? what are restorable homes called when they are sold as real estate?

I saw this old broken down home and am trying to find it on the net but I can't find it. It was probably built around 1910 and it has significant damage inside from kids so it will need restoring - it is OFF OF A MAJOR HIGHWAY on a frontage road. Would this be residential, commercial or some other name?

You would have to find out with the city it's located at.  Cities will zone a property, so it's the land that would be zoned residential or commercial, not so much the house itself.
