Hi okay..well me and my best friend have been friends since we were sophmores in high school(college freshmans now) and we've always been those type of best friends that are stuck at hip, always together n having crazy fun. But i like to be loyal to my friends and i dont like fake people. Many of our friends have backstabbed her and yet she still remains friends with them. I dont understand how she be so close to them..she'll even stand up for them when they need her to. Many times it seems like shes choosen them over me, she likes when people kiss *** to her and for some odd reason they still do. She likes when ppl tell her what she wants to hear. Now we're in college and im going to a university and her to a community college. Im really trying to focus on school because i just want to do good and not party anymore. Im really serious about my long term boyfriend and we both know what we want in life. To be successful and not get strayed away from that. She doesnt understand, she thinks i just dont like her and im judging her because she likes to have fun. I dont, but i just dont want to get into all that drama with our whole group. And when i do hang out with her, she doesnt even talk to me that much or kinda blows me off to talk more with our other friends so Then why get mad if i just back out right?? I dont know what to do because i love her as a friend but i dont think i have to prove to her our friendship is worth it because ive been doing that all these years.

So plz give me advice!!!

AND SORRY ITS SO LONG =]

  1. well it's good that you have good plans with your boyfriend and remember school studies are very important and if you mess up somewhere... remember your whole future is gone

try talking to your friend- talk some sense into her like.. "if they treat you like c**p why do you still go back to them? I'm not saying that I don't want you to be friends with them..but are you crazy they aren't nice to you at all"

or talk to her about your future: say "listen I'm not saying that I don't like to have fun or party.. but I just need a little space and time right now to sort things out with school.. it's a little frustrating and I have to give time to this... it's not that I don't like you as a friend anymore"

she should be able to understand and respect your decision... i'm sure she'll understand cuz if she doesn't honestly to me she won't really be a true loving friend..friends respect each others decision and support each other
