i tried so many things to fix it.every time i try to turn it on,all the screen reads is"Boot Error! Please format unit."i dont know what this means or what to do.ive even pushed the reset button.it was my last resource.nothing happened. it just turns off.when i turn it back on, it reads the same thing.plus, my computer wont even read the device while its connected.i need some help. if all is not lost,please answer as soon as possible
