I BLOCKED HIM ON MAIL N HE WANTS ME TO UNBLOCK HIM IF NOT HE SAYS HE`LL TRACK MY ADRESS AND COME TO MY HOUSE??

First report him to the authorities, this is threatening you and is a serious offence with long prison sentences possible. Second he can NOT trace your home address from the IP address, it will trace back to its' owner, your ISP, who may have it registered in a totally different town. Also your IP is probably dynamic and will change on occasion. Your ISP can not reveal personal information unless you break the law, and then only to the proper authorities with a court order.
