PLease How do I start a keeper league w/ Yahoo (deff 10 pts)?

Okay I want to start my own keeper league w/ Yahoo. Where do I go to set how many people each team keeps. Also do I have to set it as a keeper league, before the season starts or after? Where do I go to set up when each team needs to have there keepers in by. PLease be specific with this lol I have searched and seacrched and Yahoo just has to make this difficult. I will deff give 10 pts to whoever has the clearest answer.

I just have guy post 5 days before there draft who there keepers will be.  We then just take them off the board.  When it comes time to enter in the draft results I just type their keepers in first.
