PM0435003 Powermate - Damaged Capacitor on Board.

Hello,My generator stopped putting out current while running. It was under a light load at the time, maybe 1000W and is rated for 6250W peak.I have followed some of your suggestions, and the only obvious issue is the electrolytic capacitor on the circuit board in the bell housing appears to have leaked badly. Slightly swollen and signs of chemical stains on the cover. Is this alone enough to shut down the current, and if so, how likely is it that damage was done to the main stators? And then the most obvious follow up question, where can I get a new circuit board, or the capacitor to repair this one? Thanks for your council and help.Steve
