Question:

PMS...I need advice...?

I'm PMSing and I feel massively stressed (I am moving this weekend, but that's positive, so I don't think it's that)...in addition I'm b*tchy, weepy and I feel like c**p. In 9 years of periods I've never felt like this (I'm thinking my good luck has run out!). I'm trying really hard to be nice and rational, but it's so not working.

Does anyone else feel like a monster during PMS? How do you deal with it?

  1. i always do. all the time. i'm just mean to everyone & live it out. everyone understands it's because i'm on my period.

  2. YES! I know exactly what you are talking about!! I just go into my room and sometimes cry for no friggin' reason... Believe it or not, it makes it feel better

  3. usually that happens after a lot of changes in your life. Whenever im stressed and i have pms i get really pissed and i dont want to talk to anyone. You should just relax or do somethin that will take your mind off everything like excercising, dancing, stuff like that.

  4. Hah I know exactly how you feel! Some times I scare myself lol. Try taking pamprin, helps with irritability and such. Also, I try going on walks, and just getting time to myself to calm down if I notice I'm PMSing at people to much. Best of luck

  5. I get super intense cramps, but it's kinda a hereditary thing. All the girls in my family, (sisters & mom) have what's called a 'flipped uterus'. It doesn't cause many problems except that it sits in such a way that cramps are worse than average and sometimes s*x can hurt really bad. But anyway, yeah, I'm a pms monster.

  6. oh yes. i cry for a while.

try some yoga and green tea.

    or even better chocolate.

    :D

  7. midol.

    the chocolate.

haa. for real, chocolate helps alotttttt.

  8. I usually go for a long run.

I feel like a monster every other period or so.

I warn everyone around me so they know not to talk to me a lot. :)

    It passes.

i feel the same way dont worry lol

  10. Well, I have had my period for six years, and I have ALWAYS had those symtoms. I usually alllow myself chocolate, sleep, and make sure you get some exercise; makes you feel soooo much better!

  11. Yes, indeed.  I've had mood swings that could choke a horse!!!  :)  This is normal, I assure you.  Bear in mind, too, that your body changes every 7 years.  Where you may not have had cramps and been moody, now you are.

If it troubles you that much, I suggest taking a vitamin called St. John's Wort - it's a natural mood enhancer and won't harm you at all.

  12. well you should calm down, think about being different or listen to music to help  you loosen up but listen to it like  yourself and just think

  13. Yeah, I take Midol and tell everyone to get the h**l away from me, lol.
