PMS symptoms..normal?

Question

Just wondering if anyone else suffers with different sets of PMS symptoms each month?

Like sometimes ill get sore heavy b*****s,feel angry and feel teary and then the next month i feel hot and bothered and very sleepy and weak

Not every woman gets PMS and those that do don't have the same symptoms every month or even symptoms every month.

Keep an eye on your lifestyle in general, you may be chalking things up to PMS that are really caused by something else.  Your b***s could be sore because you ran wearing a regular bra and not a sports bra.  You could be sleepy because you have been overdoing things.  You could be angry because of things that are going on in your life.

Even if it is PMS, paying attention to your whole lifestyle is a better way to treat any symptoms.

honey sometimes the pain in abdomen is so much that i have to take a leave from my office for two days, otherwise a brufen will work for next six hours, hot bottles and bla bla bla all those home remedies

it is normal and very normal, dont get confused you are not the only one dealing with this.

Its absolutely normal and fine, i know this by my own experience.  One month ill have one type of pms symptom and then the next ill have a totally different one.  It happens, and im prtty sure its natural and fine, i dont think pmsing is something that shoud really worry you too much, even if you notice change or something irregular about your pms symptoms. it happens.

Normal. Every month when I get my period I have different symptoms. Which by the way may not be the same as the last so don't worry it's normal.

yes, I believe the PMS feelings can change.  sometimes I get very tired and cold and achy, other times, teary, sore b***s and crampy.  The worst months are when ALL the symptoms are present.  AGHGHGH!
