I've recently bought some poi but i know no trick's. Does anyone know any????

I do indeed though I'm not too good at explaining them. However there are plenty of websites with good descriptions and/or diagrams and videos. Here are a few:

These help me develop a few new tricks and tune my basics, hopefully they'll help you get started. Good luck and remember DON'T give up; it can be frustrating at first because your mind isn't used to coordinating your arms in the way required. But once you get it it's extremely satisfying, and eventually when you move onto fire poi....oh the fun.
