POKEMON FIRERED how to get to POWERPLANT????

Question

HI, ive been to lavander town, saffron town, celadon town etc.. and i cant find power plant

I have surf hm, strength, fly etc

How do i get there??

Also were do i get the rare pokemon from?.

You get Zapdos in Power plant.

go to CERULEAN CITY!!! lol then, head out the way you would go to rock tunnel. there is a river next to rock tunnel (you will see it at the pokemon center there), then all you do is surf down the river, and you're there! zapdos is at the end.

ok next to rock tunnel is a stretch of watersurf down there and you will meet a level 50 zapdosat the exit hope this helps.

Fly to a Pokecenter near a cave around the Pokemon(ghost) tower area and the water gym. Then head noth until you are at a area of water surf along the water path until you you see a large building that is the power plant Zaptos is inside.

Your other question. Besides legendary pokemon pretty much any rare wild pokemon can be found by buying it at the team rocket game corner

Well, the power plant can be found by going into the rock tunnel via Cerulean city. Inside the the tunnel you going to need to do a lot of searching to find the exit to the power plant, I would suggest a lot of repels because it can get pretty annoying. It will take a lot of searching because when you first went through the tunnel to go to lavender town you might of skipped it.

Hope this helps, I have fire red and the power plant is a good spot for electric Pokemon. I'm sorry but I don't know any places where rare Pokemon are.
