Without question, it's Bill Clinton.

Back then, we only had one thing to complain about....the Monica scandal. Now, we have inflation, recession, war, a record setting national deficit, and a man in the White House who thinks the U.S Constitution is "just a God-d**n piece of paper".

Clinton may have lacked morals, but, at least, he respected the Constitution.

As Americans say ,Clinton was not a good husband ,but he is a good president really.Because in his period the economy of the US was good .

But in the Bush's period ,there has been the dollar’s decline,the sub-prime mortgage crisis ,the highest price of oil on the oil paper market  and the war ,all of above are impacting our life deeply .
