Yes it most certainly does Phil.......If I am feelilng low will just put on my music & get lost in it & it makes me feel free in my soul & just lost in the music.............can just drift off & music also has the power to bring you back to happy times...or feel positive for the future.....Thank you :))

When I'm off somewhere or driving in the car I usually blast my iPod so loud that I can't hear anything else. I get so lost in the moment and the lyrics in the song that I forget everything around me. But my younger sister usually brings me back into reality by yelling at me to turn the music down.
