  7. Disciplined Organized Record - the only true solution.

  8. Excercise, and eat right.  Hang around positive people.  Do positive

    things.

  9. For some reason I dont get stressed, I seem to see the funny side of things.

  10. Green tea daily to combat stress.

  11. Sport is working like magic for me, try to work out and play squash, one will feel much better.

  12. 1 - Find time to go cycling on a lonely desolate road - helps to have Vivaldi's "four  seasons" or some operatic piece (like the Tenors - pavarotti) blasting away in an ear piece  :-)

2 - Learn to say NO - to friends, co workers, family.

  13. Listening to some soft music

  14. I take sunday mornings out for me, hubby takes care of kids, I do a facial, haircare the works, then nearing midday, a glass of wine in the bath with music turned up LOUD, total escape from all.

  15. I have rage.... I break things and lose my temper, instant raging anger that acts like a release valve, may not be the healthiest option but it works for me.

  16. Wine !

  17. I do yoga and meditate.

  18. I spend some time walking my dog.

  19. Go to the gym and exercise.

  20. Unfortunately, I haven't yet found an efficient coping mechanism, i just get on with it!!

Life is stressful and I can't change that!

  21. Chill out with my boyfriend after work and talking to him about it. Better to get the bad stuff out before it gets bottled up.

  22. By minimising stress where possible - saying 'no' was a good answer above as was 'organising' - I prepare my clothes for the next day rather than leave it for the morning for example. I also try to reduce clutter as it can really mess you around if you can't find stuff.

Also, by balancing it out with exercise, getting out and having fun, talking to friends, quiet time/meditation, massage, reflexology and regular pampering at the beauticians. I used to live a very stressful life, but I've made a lot of changes to reduce stress.

edit- Lucky you Woody. That is a rare talent and yes, humour helps too!

  23. Meditation darlin'
