  1. I took up smoking last week, the economy was killin' me.... now the cigs are... just can't win can ya


  2. bath with relaxing music, candles and a glass of wine..or phone a friend and talk to them or write an open letter with all the stresses..then next day read it and rip it up..nothing seems as bad the next day  

  3. Take a relaxing hot bath with scented candles either with music or without to mediate.

  9. escapism.  I find things to totally distract me from what was stressful. Used to be online gaming. now its books that draw you in. and exercise that helps to clear my mind and gets rid of nervous stress energy.

  10. i take a shower and i let it get too me i stay stressed out and then kinda get depressed i no its not the best way but after a while i start seeing better sides that make me wayyy more happier!! haha well byeee

  18. There is no way to deal with stress...its mearly a mood like sad, mad, bored ect. Stress will go away on its own. Enjoy your life...theres always another choice. Do not consider stress pills...theropy...or even suicide. It just makes it worse for you and others. Lifes hard somtimes but just try to enjoy it...but dont let me decide for you its your life.

  21. usually when am stressed i cry, idk i just do. sometimes i just go on here and try to help other people, or just go to sleep and try to think that everything is ok :)

  25. whenever something bad happens, I stay calm, ignore the whole situation, my stress won't help, it can only harm my body and mind lol so what's the point? I also breath deeply and immediately start listening to my ipod =P

  26. I do a lot of  mediation and sit in a quiet room in the dark shut my eyes and let my mind empty and picture that i am the only person on a desert island and the day is sunny and the lovely sea breeze is kissing my face and drift away.
