  1. last i checked...

    16:30

im 15, i started running last track season at my school...so 8 or 9 months

  2. 15min 45sec

    14

    oh about two years.

  3. I think if I made an effort to cut down on my time I could. I really just do 10k. 5k is around 27minutes. I have only ever run for exercise and fun. I'm 42.  Running for about 4 years.

  4. 18:30

im 16, a girl, and have never actually trained as such, but i just love running. so have always just jogged and stuff everyday for about 5 -6 years :)

  5. 18 minutes i think

i was 15 last year and have ran, then, about 3 years

  6. I've only ever done some 5k fun runs.. usually come in a bit under 20 minutes.. Age: upper 20's, have ran for almost 2 decades.. ran sprints for most of my life, including in college.

13:12 is top 50 in the world every year.. it would be a US high school record by 25 seconds.. a college record (for an American athlete) by 3 seconds and just 14 seconds short of the American record... Call me skeptical.

  7. I'm almost thirteen. I did the school cross country in just under 17 minutes [5km]. I have been running since grade 5

  8. Well, I'm not very good, this was from last season of xc:

    21:30 minutes

    17 years old

I have done xc and track for 3 years. My first year I ran a 5k at 27 minutes or so... So at least I can say I've improved from that! =]

  9. ~30 minutes.

I'm 31 but haven't run very much in the past few years.

I've been running off and on (but never very seriously) for 17 years.

I'm sure you'll see others around 16 minutes or better.

  10. I'm 13 and my best time is 22:34. I've been running for about 8 months. Though before then I was playing a lot of hockey which also requires fitness and endurance.

  11. 13:12-Ive ran for about 8 years and was state champ 3 years stright...ill get some thumbs down by people who dont believe me but thats ok.

my cross country coach in high school had us running 12 miles a day 3 days a week and running 5 miles a day(for a time) 2 days a week....it sucked-but i got good after that stuff..

Hey maxx-its one of those things thats hard to believe i know-i do have my school record and never said i ran that time while still in school-if i run for 8 yrs and was only in high school for 4 theres a chance i ran it after i graduated-and i didnt go to a colleg with a running program-i wanted to stay close to home-

Its like the kid who went to school about 30 miles from me-he was probably one of the best basketball players in the world at the time-i knew him from fccla meetings(state and nation meeting)we saw his outdoor videos and couldnt believe it-he was playing like 3-1 and 4-1 and blowing them away-was hounded to play ball for the school and colleges but wouldnt-said he wasnt into school sports-theres stories everyday about people who excell at something but never get anything from it,

  12. im 13 year old boy and I run it in around 25 minutes

ive been running for 2 years and im a sprinter, not a long distance runner; so if i trained i probably do better
