between normal and high and let me tell you I wish i had lower arches because i would be so much easier to balance and hop en pointe.  my ankles are very weak becaus eof my arches.

I have a very high arch and a wide width. I have such trouble buying shoes- and I suffer from a very bad addiction to very high heels!

i have pretty high arches but i have this disorder with my feet where the skin is tighter then it should be and when i wear particular shoes shooting pain goes up the arch of my feet because the skin is too tight, if im not careful i can tear it it stems from the fact that i always walked on my tip toes as a child and now if i wear flat shoes sometimes it really hurts
