Maybe 2 or 3 times a year.  I tend to not say anything when someone upsets me or irritates me over something.  So it builds up over time until one day they do or say something that is just absolutely too much and I let them have it with both barrels (verbally) for everything; then they wonder why I'm so touchy--like I haven't been overly understanding and accommodating the last 74 times they've annoyed me or been inconsiderate.

Never because i appreciate life and people around me, i'm ready to face most if not all situations in my life, what i decide alone makes all the difference to me and keeps me happy and not depressed, if i make a wrong decision tuff luck i will have to put things right myself.

Before I hit the menopause, I could go off one one at a moment's notice. I'm glad that my hormones have gone all weird, it has saved my work colleagues and my mates from random "raving"!!!
