POLL: If bollywood movies didn't have song and dance numbers, would u stop watching them?

My Answer: Yes..song and dance numbers are probably THE Main reason why i watch them movies...without them, they are nothing but hollywood copycat movies.

They wouldn't be Bollywood movies without the dancing and singing! I don't know that I would stop watching them, but at the same time I don't think you could call them Bollywood movies without the dance numbers.

i do not watch bollywood movies.but when i have seen clips of some

they all seen to have singing and dancing in then so song and dance seens very important in bollywood films.

For me it doesn't matter if it hasn't got songs or dance numbers in it because i watch hollywood movies. But it makes a great difference.

But sometimes in some movies, the songs boer people because people want listen songs which are listenable not boring.

I have noticed that in some movies they just fit in the song, where there is no need.

But still if it didn't had songs in it, it could have been different taste of the movie.

im from that culture. they can be hollywood copycats. sometimes the songs go on for too long, and the english translation is totally wrong but songs are pretty much half the movie. so yes, i would stop watching if they took the songs out.

yes, most likely, I love the music, the dance, the choreography! Ah great entertainment. Its wholesome too as my dad likes to say lol. I have to read the subtitles but hey, the story lines are still marvelous.

the movies wud be waay better having jus 2-3 songs max....it makes them more fast-paced and to the point.....its gud cuz nowadays they have to find actual scripts...b4 they jus 'hid' behind the song-dance thing....watch these movies aamir and manorama...

i would still watch them, yes, the songs make them more interesting but the movies themselves are still pretty good. For example, welcome is an excellent movie.

yeah i would still watch them to see all the good looking actors! but maybe not as often as i do now...n not as enthusiastically ....the songs n stuff definitely add more enjoyment n entertainment to em!

My criteria of watching movie is very simple - good story, good acting and good direction.  I will not give a hoot if there is no song in movie.  Rather I feel in most of times, song stop the flow of movie.

yeah i will................Black did'nt had any songs...and i loved it.....
