Just tell them! People like to hear others personally tell them thank you. Also when you tell them thank you.....you might also give them a card that you've explained your thanks in more detail.

I would give them a card with a personal note, take them to dinner, send them flowers or buy them a little something special.  It depends on who did what and what they individually would like.  I have a friend who's allergic to flowers but loves shopping.  Everyone likes to go out.  A song dedicated on the radio is a sweet idea, I've done that.
