POLL: UCLA or USC? And why?

FYI- I'm looking into majoring in creative writing/english, but wanted to see what about these two schools (aside from name) was appealing to other people.

UCLA offers what I want to major in which is Korean.

USC over any UC because:

*CA is in budget crisis and the UCs are really feeling/showing it with class sections being cut and buildings in disrepair

*Less than 50% graduate from the top 2 UCs in 4 years and it's about 30% or under at the others making them not as cheap as they appear

*USC has much better financial aid for top students

*USC has a much better alumni network for jobs
