  1. about 20mpg

its a 1999 volvo s7. I mostly drive locally, but sometimes I head into the city. I live on the east coast. it's a 18 gallon tank. It takes about $50 to fill.

  2. Mile gas mileage is endless!

I ride a 1988 Butte Giant MTB that I've converted into a road commuter with street tires.  I never have to buy gas and I commute 5 days per week - round trip of 16 miles.  This baby doesn't require insurance either and the 8 mile trip into work only takes about 5-10 minutes longer than traveling by automobile and is 15 minutes faster than public transportation!

But then... I live in Portland, OR... not being s****. - I feel sorry for folks whose city planners have done nothing to create a community where stuff like this is possible.

  3. It says 28, but probably more like 22.

What idiot gave me thumbs down for talking about my car? What do you know, r****d?

  4. Several to choose from; 1992 Ford Ranger 4x4, supercab, 4 liter V-6, manual - 22.5 mpg hwy @ 60 mph. Was commuting 70 miles per day, switched jobs now 5 miles per day.

1984 Mazda B-2000 pickup, manual trans; 35 mpg town, 43 mpg hwy

New custom built Morgan 3-wheeler using Honda CX650 motorcycle engine and MGB front suspension/steering/wire wheels. Will have Delorto side draft carb with water injection. Under construction: expect 90 MPG plus when finished.

Previously owned 1968 Fiat 850 Spyder with water injection, weber carb, freeflow exhaust. Got connsistantly over 60 MPG average.

  5. 1980 Yamaha SR500- 50+ mpg

Midwest driving with about a 25 mile commute 5 days a week plus my side riding.  Fill up about once a week.

The 50+ is only because of my driving style.  I love my bike.
