Well, they probably already have a lot of baby clothes to use. Maybe get them something to help them relax. I'm not sure what, but I'm just thinking they probably don't need much for the baby if it's their third child.

Even though it is her 3rd child, it is always nice to get something new for the baby! You could also get a fun toy or something for the other 2, since they might be jealous of the new arrival.

For the mom- bring in some meals, a basket with pampering items for her, or offer to babysit so mom and dad can go on a date!

Usually by this point parents have everything, so I usually give a gift cert to a local photographer, there is nothing better than memories that you can give someone.

I suggest you ask her what she doesnt have it wil be more of a help to her then you simply getting her something cute.

A staycation certinficate for your house, or a nearby hotel. Let them enjoy for 1-2 nights while you handle the children. That is a GREAT gift.

A scrapbook! 3 kids is an aweful lot of memories! Or games that all three can play someday! Soccer nets or a swingset!

You could always get her some sort of keepsake gift.....like something to make an imprint of baby's foot and hang on the wall.
