Pork because sometimes, lamb can be a bit fatty (depending on the type of lamb you get) but also because with pork, you get the delicious crackling on the outside. I couldn't live without pork - it's just too tasty - lol =]

Well I do not have a favorite it is all how they are prepared and cooked. You can always have a bad experience and hate them both or you can like them just as much
