Okay, i did the test.

My total hardness level was low, it was 0.

And my cyanuric acid level was 0.

  1. You need to get your hardness  and cyanuric acid up ASAP! Can you add what kind of pool you have (above ground vinyl, inground plaster, etc.)? If you pool is vinyl your hardness only needs to be 80ppm. If you have a plaster pool you need to get it to at least 120ppm and fast. The water will begin leaching calcium out of the plaster. To raise the hardness use calcium chloride. This can be found at home depot or lowes just make sure there are no additives. Sometimes cyanuric acid can be found at home depot or lowes. If you cannot find it there go to the pool store- it is often labeled as conditioner or stabalizer. You will need 11lbs of calcium and 4lbs of cyanuric for 10000 gallons.
