POSITIVE!! period cramps and pregnancy cramps feel the same?

Question

I got a postive last night! I felt exactly like my period was coming for a week. I had a tiny bit of implantion spotting 3 days before period was due. I just wanted to let you know that I thought I was out for this month for sure. Don't loose hope if you feel your period coming!!

That's good to know.  I have some cramps and my period is due in two days so I was definitely losing hope until I read your comment.  I've been having strange symptoms like headaches and dizziness and very tired so I think I might be pregnant but yesterday and today I've been having cramps so I thought I had no chance.  Now maybe I do.  Thank you!!  Wish me luck!!
