I HAVE A LPTOP THATS THE PRESARIO 900 WITH ATHALON XP. WHEN I PLUG IT INTO THE WALL IT SHOWS A GREEN LIGHT ON THE LAPTOP SAYING ITS GOT POWER, BUT WHEN I POWER ON IT ACTS LIKE MAYBE THERE ISNT ENOUGH POWER AND DOESNT TURN ON AT ALL. IS IT FIXABLE?
