How often is the live drawing, Not live?

Tonight was the first night I tryed to watch it. The Guy said it would be delayed. I allways count on someone eles to Make sure it is not a scam/like scrach tickets! How often is it not live?

Powerball is no more a scam than any other type of gambling. It is always fun to think of what you would do with the money.

Scratch offs aren't a scam, I have won several hundred dollars off of them.

It doesn't matter if the draw is held on the lawn of the White House with your entire family as witnesses.  It's still about 150,000,000-1 against hitting it.

As for it being a scam, that is one of the silliest conspiracy theories out there.  Can you imagine how many people would need to be in on the secret?  With all that money involved, what are the odds that all these people would keep it a total secret and no one would go to the media and blow the whistle?  Human nature is that someone would either have felt a moral obligation or was just simply disgruntled by now.
