OK SO IM GOING TO IRAN ON THURSDAY AND IM PLANING ON TAKING MY PS2 THERE CUZ FOR MY COUSINS TO SEE HOW IT IS AND I NEED TO KNOW WAT KINDS OF OUTLETS THEY USE AND WERE I CAN GET A CONVERTER.

  1. Its the same as a european socket so you can get a converter from almost any electrical shops.

  3. The most of Iranian kids who living in cities have PS2 / PS3 or a personal computer. So it isn't necessary to take your PS2 to Iran...!

    Also you can buy any kind of converters in Iran too...

    Here are some technical information about Iran's electrical equipments:

    Voltage = 220Vac

    Frequency = 50Hz

    Outlet: CEE 7/16 plug and socket
