PR bond question? bail set at 10,000?

I live in VA. If your bond was set at 10,000 would you get out on a PR Bond (OR bond) or would someone have to post bail for you?

No, he will not get out on a PR Bond. When bond is set at $10,000, someone has to $1000 to bail him out.

Most bonds require 10% of the amount to be posted. With PR, you don't pay/post anything, as they are basically trusting you to appear in court.

it depends on what the judge orders.  If he ordered a PR or OR bond, then you would get it and for an OR or PR bond, you do not post bail.
