  1. For a craft you could make crowns or wands and have stick on foam stickers or those gem stickers so there would be no mess. http://jas.familyfun.go.com/arts-and-cra...

You could also incorporate frogs into you theme and for hot potato you could use a stuffed frog. Maybe for the favor you could give them each a frog or I bet the little girls would love to recieve a braclette or neclace you could get inexspensive ones but have the princess have a special one.

Ask guests to wear their fanciest dresses, then provide a box filled with extra dress-up items and costume jewelry for everyone to accessorize with.

For a magical touch, decorate with a string of white Christmas lights.

Use pink ribbon and a soft pillow to transform a seat at the party table into a throne for the birthday girl.

For a cake you could make a castel cake or just a fancy cake with a princess on top http://jas.familyfun.go.com/recipefinder...

  2. 3 words: build a bear

  3. There are companies who will bring trunks of clothes to parties, so the girls can play "dress-up" ...  Organized games for 3-yr-olds aren't a good idea.  They don't have the attention span to wait patiently while others take their turn:)  A bounce house (see if you can get a castle) would be best for that age ...  If you want a craft, get some cheap kids rubber sandals or visors at a craft store, and glitter glue, with lots of other glitter, and stickers, for them to decorate (put some plastic drop-cloths underneath) ......  Chicken fingers are always good, or PB&J sandwiches cut with a star cookie cutter.  Veggie/dip and fruit platters;  Jello Jigglers cut into star shapes  ....A "cupcake cake" from Kroger or your local grocery bakery (cupcakes pushed together and frosted as one cake on top - any theme - easiest for kids to eat) ...  Lemonade to drink (it doesn't stain) .... Go to a Dollar store for barrettes, hair scrunchies, bath crayons & confetti, little bracelets for favors......(Do NOT do the Make-a-Bear idea!  My grandson, who's 4, went to one recently, and their attention span was just too short to sit there- save that for a 5-yr birthday)

  4. What a cute theme!

I love the idea of the girls dressing up as their favorite princess and then having their hair and make-up and nails done, but you can do that too, you can ask a friend to help or another mom to help, unless you want to hire someone from a salon to come in and do it.

You can decorate the area with pink and white and silver balloons, streamers, and make sure to decorate her chair or "throne" for the day so when she's taking pictures, where she's sitting for cake and presents is decorated with balloons and streamers and things.  You can get her a tiara and wand, party stores have them with the ages on them and that light up, or at toys u' us.  For the tablecloth do it white or pink and go with the white, pink, and silver theme to make it look royal.

For games, there's lots you can play!

-instead of hot potato, you can play another version and play like hot tiara, pass the tiara around the circle of girls just like you would the potato.  If you don't want to use the potato, use something else princess related.

-you can play musical throne, which is musical chairs princess style!  Set up the chairs and call them thrones and go on with the game as you normally would!

-you can do pin the tail on the princess horse, which is pin the tail on the donkey, but for the little princesses, he's their horse!

-For a princess cake you can do a three tiered cake like a wedding cake, but you can make it yourself, or have the bakery do it.  OR there is a cake mold or a giant cupcake, and it's an actual cake, but it's in the shape of a cupcake, you can make that for her cake.  If you do the tiered cake though, she would really feel like a princess.  You can frost it in pink icing with white accents, and put a some princesses on each tier.  Kids LOVE seeing big cakes and to see a big 3 tiered cake in pink and all the princesses on each tier, just think how wide their eyes would be!

I hope some of these ideas help and that your daughter has a great party and a very Happy Birthday!

  5. Hi.

Write on the invitation that everyone should dress up as a princess.  Decorate the room with lots of balloons and have music going that the kids can all dance to.

Games...play pass the parcel with fun music on and have the prize as something to do with princesses.

    Gifts...dolls house maybe.

And for food...fairy bread is always a hit!

  6. Dress her in a princess costume.

Make the cake princess themed like a castle.

Have all of their moms bring a pair of their high heels and have a contest to see which child can walk the farthest  wearing the heels without falling.

    Serve princess gummi fruit snacks.

Give each kid a little bottle of bubbles to blow after your daughter blows out the candles.

If you happen to serve mashed potatoes along with your other food you could dye them pink with a little food coloring. Just don't go overboard, just a light pastel pink.

  7. Seems like we have daughters the same age and with the same interest. Being a former children's entertainer, I've seen many themed birthday parties. An idea for games or entertainment.I think a local hairdresser would be more then willing to add some magic with hair, make-up and nail polish for your princess party. You could have the girls bring a dress to the party and change into it after the makeover. You could supply a crown/  and a fairy princess wand. A bouncing  Castle with a princess theme would be a SUPER starter to the party while the children get ready. Once each guest becomes a princess they can be photographed with a take home snap shot, another great party favor~

    (boys can become a prince)

After everyone is finished you could seat them at a formal table to sing happy birthday, have a princess themed

    cake and open presents.

We live in an area that offers  carriage rides from a local horse owner....what a great day it would be!

    The End :- )
