PRINCETON LCD 19 IN MONITOR. WHEN TURNED ON SCREEN FLASHES OFF AND ON AND MAKES A NOISE EACH TIME IT FLASHES OFF AND ON. AFTER SEVERAL MINUTES STAYS ON AND WORKS FINE.
