Okay, I just called in and reported someone, who he's on probation for theft, until 2013.

Well he has a major marijuana problem, stating' i know when to smoke, i know when theyll call me in', i wont get caught!

okay, whatever loser!

this is my second time reporting him, it was about last year when i first reported him, and i didnt give my name,

well he later came to me, not knowingit was me who reported him and he told me that they warned him, but because i left no name they couldnt do anything about it.

Well i called today, same probation officer, and he has a strong accent, he asked for my name and i go' well i want my info to be kept confidential from HIM!, but ill give it to you.

he didnt even ask for it, he goes' well didnt u say you wanted to be kept confidential?"

so i told him again about the problem and he goes, okay is it everyday? i say no, about every weekend!?

and he goes' okay, we'll get him,

i said okay,

and that was that, i also told him that the guy im

  1. Is this suppose to be your friend? Why are you so focused on getting him in trouble? Seriously, how the h**l does it affect you? If they test him and it comes back positive, so be it, but good grief do you not have a life???

  2. grass

  3. All they can do is call him in for a random urinalysis, but besides that you are purely hearsay.  And for trouble if he does get caught depends on the judge, usually it reverts to his original sentence and gets taken off of probation.  Again though if he is sympathetic to the judge, he can get off on a warning.

  4. Find something better to do than rat on people/

  5. most likely they'll surprise test him. no offense, but they can't just take your word so they'll call him in and if he fails, it will be a violation of probation and he will be charged.

  6. Personally, I would mind your own business.  It is his problem, not yours.  Don't get involved in this because if he finds out it was you he will cause you a lot of trouble.  Lots of people use marijuana.

  7. When a person is on probation, they are subject to random urine tests at the discretion of the PO.

Given the circumstances you stated, I am willing to bet they will either call him or drop by his house for a "random" test.

If he tests positive ( and personally, I dont see how he can pass this. The THC in Cannabis will stay in the fat cells of your body up to 28 days), he will be in violation of his probation.

If this is a first drug failure, the standard procedure is to place the offender in an outpatient drug rehab. Again, given the circumstances here, they might bypass and remand him back to court, where he would be facing his full sentence in jail/prison as he was sentenced to originally.

Best of luck and I hope this is useful to you
