Hi, my name is Jimmy, from Guatemala City, the computer is a COMPAQ PRESARIO SR1610NX, I installed XP UE on this computer but now the problem is that I'm trying to install an antivirus and other kind of software but, it seems that it is having some problems, because I saw a message that said that the installation ended prematurely due to an error; I tried several times but I still have the same message. The same situation occurs when I try to install Nero, and that without mentioning that I have problems with sound card. The language of the OS is spanish, so I'm not using the exact words. What do you recommend?
