PROBLEM with PLASMA TV??????!!!!?

Question

you know about THOSE permanent pictures left by the Plasma TV if they where displayed for the long time.....same thing happened with my TV..i play RAINBOW SIX vegas 2....and it's HUD is settled on the screen.(which gives the information of the weapons and the ammo) ...it's there even if i watch a movie..

SO....will just remain there or it'll take time for it to VANISH..........

PLZZZZ...help or UNLESS my DAD gonna KILL mEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it will go away eventually,  but if it is staying like that you really burned that image in.  I am assuming the tv is fairly new,  as time goes on and you use the tv more and more the rate at which images retain will be reduced.  Check in the menu for an option called pixel shift or white wash.  that should speed the process up of eliminating the burn in.

Some plasma TV, in the system menu, have an option for a White wash.

This blasts an all white screen and sometimes it helps reduce or eliminate image retention.

Check if your TV has that option.

Depending on how much damage was done, it may go away with time.
