PROBLEMS DUPLICATING WITH MY CONDRE TRACER PRO

The first tray will not copy discs properly. it accepts them and goes through the motion with no errors, but when i check the disc it is blank. my other trays work perfectly fine, but this one just seems to not be actually writing to the disc. is this something i can just clean, or would it need to be replaced?
