hi, im in my final year of diploma in computer engg, n i've been given a project called CHILDREN'S TUTOR which im supposed to do using C, C , JAVA, SQL & VB (any of these)...

WHAT THE h**l AM I SUPPOSED TO DO...?

PLEASE SUGGEST...

So you have to write a children's game, or computer based learning thing?

I'd go with something simple that you know how to teach.  Perhaps it's arithmetic.  I'd write up some requirements.  I'd aim the whole thing at the web, so i don't have to write any nasty GUI stuff.  You need an operating system, like LInux, a web server, like Apache, a database, like Mysql, or Postgress, and a language, like C, C++, Java, or VB.  Linux comes with all stuff except VB for free.  Then you just need a box to run it on.  You might be looking at one right now.

I've no idea what your current skills are.  And, there's quite a bit you need to know.  So this is about as far as i can take you.
