(PROM)Does the school hire the limo or do you have to do it yourself?

I know it isn't yet and its gone but I'm just wondering and i also want to know why do people get a limo or hummer???

It makes you feel grand! I especially liked watching people stopping in their tracks and staring open mouthed as our limo went by. I actually rented a limo BUS - we got together around 20-30 people, who all paid around £30 each. It's great fun!!!!

You do it yourself and pay.

Would you want to though?

It's a bit naff these days.

Why not go by bus or walk. Or if the venue is too far away well hire a cab.

And actually, do you have to go ?

Is there pressure?

I would not bother meself but then I'm never likely to be in that position.

People hire the limos themselves. It's just a special way to take the people to a special event :)

when i went to my year 11 prom we had to book the limo ourselves. otherwise it would cost thousands for the school. getting a limo allows you to arrive at your prom in style and everyone will be able to see you arrive. not in my case, we were the first ones!  it is expensive but well worth the money. i went with 5 friends but the limos could probably hold 5-8 people.  i didn't book the limo one my friends did and we all had to pay her on our own she didn't pay, which is understandable because she booked it.

You have to hire one yourself. People take them because they want to feel important or special. lol
