MY 36" PROSCAN TV KEEP MAKING THIS BEEPING SOUND WHEN PLUGED IN.SOUND GOES OUT WHEN UNPLUG. NO POWER,SOUND, OR PICTURE FROM TV WHEN PLUG IN,JUST THAT TICKING SOUND.
PLEASE HELP ME! ANY IDEAS/COST TO REPAIR?
