PS2 EA online problem?

I am new to ps2 online gaming and i tried smackdown vs raw 2007(since 2008 has no online) and it worked perfectly! But then i tried Fifa 07 and when I try to to connect it says that its disconnected from ea server i tried fifa world cup 06 and fifa 05 and the same thing happened?

why is this?

  1. They usually stop supporting games online when a newer version comes out.  


  2. The EA servers are very very bad. It may be either that the servers are overloaded or they are no longer supporting them games online. Try them a few different times in a day and if the attempt fails everytime i would say they've stopped supporting them.
