PS3 capture card help(10 points, pleeeease help)?

I want to get a capture card for my PS3 but I know nothing about them so I'd like to ask a few questions 1st

1.where could I buy one?

2.how much would it cost?

3.how do they work?(do i install them? etc.)

Capture Cards are connected from your TV to the computer by a cable not to the PS3.You can buy one at Amazon but watch out if you have Vista, some capture cards dont work well with Vista...
