Its not out. When it is out, it will come with a system software update

Its not out yet currently They are expanding the closed beta. And the open beta is plan for this Fall.  and it will be a download from the PSN store.

not yet but HOME BETA is coming out end of this month

theirs a chance to have us  play the home beta, just downloud from the PSS Home theme after that u automatically registered for home beta.

and home beta is a closed beta not many people will able to play.
